Bio

Judy Ponsford is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and holds an added certification as a hormone specialist. Judy holds an education degree from Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado and has completed the program and national board certification to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in the fields of obstetrics and gynecology since 1995, and bio-identical hormones, holistic, and preventative health care since 1998.

She presently owns her own practice, The Total Woman, in Parker, Colorado. Besides her dedication to women and health, Judy is active in her church as a Bible Study Leader to couples and Sunday School Teacher to fourth and fifth graders. She also enjoys speaking to women’s groups and teaching health related subjects. Additionally, she often contracts with the State of Colorado, Department of corrections, to provide health care and minister to prisoners. She is mother to three and grandmother to eight. Presently, she lives in Aurora, Colorado, with her husband, Michael.
